Get Involved

Become a volunteer e-Mentor:

The e-Mentoring program connects 5th-12th grade students with environmentally connected/concerned community members. It is a great way for kids to get to know their community partners, get a look at different environmental careers, gain knowledge on environmental issues, and gain skills in technology and correspondence. Volunteering as an e-mentor takes no more than one hour per week, corresponding through an online forum to give students ideas, connections and support as they work on community issues and action projects. Contact Callie for more information.

Volunteer as a Community Partner:

Share your expertise on urban environmental issues or local neighborhoods with students. Contact Christopher for more information.

For other volunteer opportunities, please fill out the contact form and let us know what you're interested in.

"We are all connected to and responsible for the students in our community, too, and serving as an Eco Education mentor for even just a few classroom visits, provides a rich opportunity to share our experiences and work with the kids who are the future."
